"I did not call for U-Haul services. I called for their stated mechanic services for "Town and Country Repair" at the same location. There is no google page for that company so UHaul will be getting my review for their poor service . I tried to make an appointment for 2 days for the Draeger interlock system to be installed in my truck. The woman kept saying she needed to confirm times with the mechanic and she would call or text me back and then she never called back. I called several times during the 2nd day during the stated business hours with no answer. I left a voicemail during that time and explained that it was urgent that I hear back because I needed to let my supervisor know if I would be off work and she still did not call me back. In fact, she NEVER called me back. I even tried to call the number she left on her voicemail, the voicemail that said something about Realtors, not U-Haul or Town and County Repair, and the phone number was to a pizza place! Needless to say, I chose to go elsewhere because if it was this difficult getting it installed I wouldn't want these people in charge of uploading my data every month. And I surely wouldn't want to try and make appointments for those monthly uploads. Too much hassle."
