"I had a notable service experience. The tailgate on my new Edge would try to close while I was loading or unloading in the back of the vehicle. After a couple of close calls and an injury, I expressed what was happening to Dave Wilgus who connected me with Bobby Weldon in service. He was able to identify and isolate a wobbly (not secured) bumper as the cause. A quality control issue from the factory in my opinion. It took some determined research and the combined efforts of 3 people in the parts department to figure out the missing parts that needed to be ordered and installed. Bobby stayed with me through the whole process, coordinated the repair, and made sure of a successful outcome. A pleasant surprise. He exceeded my expectations in many ways. I'm way happier with my vehicle now."
