"Landlord was charging $9-20 a month for water bill 2019. Boom the water bill went up 3-4× the amount and they're all senior citizens living there. Plus started charging trash removal $15 a month. So, almost $100 a month increase from 2019."
"Was visiting over nite with a friend that resides here another resident broke windows out of the trailer and hit my car at 4am big argument ensued along with 4 sheriffs coming. Not a peaceful night."
