In 2011, under the stewardship of Doc Bishop and his best friend Justin Lyons, we evolved into the "New" Outlet Key Shop, continuing our legacy of excellence and expanding our reach across East Tennessee.

"I stopped by this business to get a spare key made for my 2014 Kia Soul. I was greeted by a gentleman who asked how he could help. I explained that I needed a key made for my car. A second man, working on the opposite end of the counter, interrupted our interaction. He inquired as to why I was wearing gloves. I explained that I am the primary caregiver for my 103-year-old dad, trying not to spread germs to him. I won't be returning to this business, it's none of this young man's business why I'm wearing gloves. It would never cross my mind to inquire about someone else's decisions. Had I been a freak with green hair, they probably would have never inquired about that. Mind your own business and you might stay in business."

"The guys in this stores are really rude and are charging way over the price it should be.. Most of the reviews on this place have to be fake they dont ever get any business over there.. Maybe why they have to charge double what everyone else dose. Very nasty people in there and probably drug users!!!!"
