"People need to know about this company. It's definitely the highest rip off company I ever encounter in my life. I called this guy up name Elvis. He came out because sockets in dining room and in bedroom did not work at all. So I'm thinking it's something major for him to charge me 600 dollars. Less than 1 hr of work he was done . So I go to several electrical business to explain my experience and the respond was Ma'am you was over charged because once you find the 1 outlet that not wired correct your problem is fix throughout the home. It's a quick easy fix. The charge for that is less than 300 dollars on a high end charge. I was devastated. When you get the same respond from several different businesses that's when the sad reality it of how can a legit business do this to people This is wrong by all mean. Elvis is taking advantage of people and over charging when he think you dont know better. I felt this isnt right so i had to do research so im better prepared in future if i ever run into another business that operates like Elvis. I trust business be fair and honest with the charges but now i will be on guard and i do hope he dont continue to do others this way so keep your awareness on point. "Mateo Electric LLC provided amazing service for me in Rowland, NC. I needed 3 outlets installed, 1 inside the house for my washer machine and I also needed an extension for my dryer and 2 outlets for outside of the house. I must say Mateo did an excellent job and was a real expert. He was friendly, professional and quick. I will recommend him to anyone that needs an electrician. I am so happy that I can wash clothes now lol. Dalila"
