"Awful experience. Went to return two outfits I bought for my daughter. Told manager I don’t have the receipt but the tags were still on the clothing. She tells me to bring them in and that I can get a full refund as long as the Roses tags are still on them. Took the clothing in only for her to tell me I could get my refund even though I just spoke with her while in the parking lot. Very unprofessional and needs a better customer exchange policy!"
