(I went with that in mind before hand; just needed a second opinion on how the oil looked.) They told me exactly what I feared; however, they changed the oil anyway, and waived the fee. Best place to get services; they give it to you straight in the most sincere way possible."

They always go above and beyond to help me no matter how small the issue is and their prices are certainly below what they deserve. They just this morning saved my car from the scrapyard because I forgot to put antifreeze in it in time but they worked diligently and saved it from being too far gone.
