"We waited 10 minutes for our food and we only had 3 items and the dude had to look up at the screen 6 times and the food was cold this was by far my worse fast food experience. If I was able to leave a zero star I would."

"On the app, they offer curbside. When I placed my order for curbside, I agreed to location sharing so they would know when I’ve arrived. When I got there, I sat in the first parking spot directly in front of the store, right beside the front door for 45 minutes. No-one ever came outside to interact. Finally, I wait through drive-through only to be told at the speaker that they have no way of knowing when we arrive because it doesn’t alert them, and to proceed to the second window. At the second window, I was told they don’t do curbside here, even though you can enter that location on the app and it gives the option for curbside. I was informed that their curbside means park and come in and get it. Annoyed, I accepted their explanation and was handed one bag of food. I then ask “are you sure this is my whole order?”, because it was a really big order. I was assured everything is there, but I checked it as I sat at the window anyway just to make sure. As I suspected, they had left out four large orders of hashbrowns, which I then had to wait for again. The only positive (and I don’t mean great, it just wasn’t horrendous) part of this interaction is that the food actually tasted pretty good even though it was cold and dead by the time my family and I got to sit down for breakfast. This definitely made the list of top ten worst fast food restaurant experiences, and I have had a lot of pretty horrible experiences."

"Ordered a child's meal the two chicken tenders fries drink and a toy if you don't eat much or if you're watching how much you eat this is a good meal. The chicken tenders were very good and so were the fries. A little slow getting the food out to drive through but other than that good"

"No one there yet our food was cold. No straws or napkins, Fresco buurger had wrong buns, oh yea we’re out of those. Return burger for refund. The employees talked and let my food get cold, I had to go ask for it oops forgot fries, cold. Will never go back. Tables were dirty. No one cares !"

"Usually we get decent food; however tonight was very disappointing. Our food was burnt and cold. It was not busy when we were there so there’s not really a good excuse for this type of service. Very disappointing!"
