"Frustrated with Truist, so that may come out in this review. My account has been hacked twice in the past two and a half months so some form of security is lacking here. The took care of the first issue pretty quickly, but I did have to go to the bank to get a temporary card until my replacement came in, which took about 12 days after I was told it would only be five. Now it has happened again! I have called my local branch three times only to get an answering machine and no call back. I want to make sure that they have a temporary card before I waste a trip there to get one because the last time this happened, they only had (1) card there and I got that one. They didn't know when they would get more at that branch. This is so very frustrating. And to the people who hacked my account and spent $90.03 with Uber Eats ( which I have NEVER used! ), I hope you get food poisoning from the food you ordered. Think twice before getting a Truist account. I feel a banking change coming on for myself. Bankers beware! Not to mention, they are closed on Saturdays!"
