"If you're willing to do the work to get your part(s) off the vehicle(s) then it's definitely worth it. I got a great deal here for the parts I needed. Only downside was they couldn't direct me to an area where I could find the car I needed, they only knew that they had one there somewhere. So I had to search. But the place isn't huge, so I found it within 10-15mins."
"Terry runs this yard. Let me be clear, the domestic salvage yard down the street is good people that have good prices and I love going there. This salvage yard is however in stark contrast to the experience I've come to enjoy at the domestic yard. Terry doesn't care to help people. Terry is rude and doesn't know his business. I just stopped there and was looking for a couple parts, all for him to tell me that he doesn't have "the part" all bc he says he doesn't have the EXACT same year model as my year model. He didn't check to see if he had any kias, to which are identical. He just couldn't be bothered to help a customer in need. What's worse, I've stopped here about 4-5x in the last couple years and he's always the same awnry way so this wasn't just a "bad day"... My advice, save a wasted trip and go to a competitor!.. even if they're twice as far away and save yourself the sarcastic arrogance!"

"Save your money and go to Pull-A-Part. This place has a "take it or leave it" mentality that is ridiculous. They want full, retail prices for used, junkyard parts that you have to remove yourself and if you decide to "leave it" you get insulted with snide comments. I wouldn't want their parts even if they were free. I'll never go back and you can go through it if you want, but I don't do business with anyone that can't be reasonable and courteous."
