"The food was good. I will never patronize this restaurant again because I never received part of my order. They charge for using a credit card. I ask for a small drink but received and had to pay for a medium."

"Server was very nice. Pretty average place, but i probably wouldn’t go back. Good margarita but I can get bigger for the same price/quality anywhere else in town. The birria tacos were soggy and greasy so I would not recommend those. Total for medium marg, 3 tacos (no sides) and 1 beer was $33+tip"

"Stop what you're doing and go to Rita. I've been to tons of Mexican restaurants claiming to be authentic. There are some good ones but they don't live up to that actual "authentic" claim. This one, however, does that. And does it with flying colors. This is my new obsession. The food is.... Well, I can't even explain the yumminess. Go try it. Then you will be in my boat. The service was outstanding, and the cleanliness above and beyond. Go. Eat. Be angry that you can't ever UNEAT this wonderfulness. Prices are also reasonable!!"

"I'm not generally someone who submits reviews, however after my experience I felt compelled to warn people. When I arrived it was around 4:30 p.m. and was the only customer in the place. I only state this to emphasize that they were not busy so one would expect to get the best they could offer as opposed to an evening when they were slammed. The chips were cold and extremely bland and the salsa was nothing special. I ordered the steak fajitas and when they arrived I received thick cuts of burnt steak along with some slightly cooked peppers and onions. I was told the plate was hot, but the sizzle that normally accompanies fajitas was not present. The steak was very fatty and extremely bland along with the rice and beans. On a positive note the tortillas weren't stuck together and my wife had an enchilada that she enjoyed. It took about five minutes to pay at the register because the man apparently did not speak English which is fine, but probably not the best choice when you have to directly deal with an English speaking clientele. With the assortment of Mexican restaurants in Lenoir City you can choose from I would recommend any of them over this establishment."

"Atmosphere: The first thing we noticed was the awful smell of insane amounts of Fabuloso cleaner lingering in the air, so heavy you could actually taste it. That’ll ruin any dining experience! Service was friendly but slow and everyone was confused about which table ordered what. The Food: We ordered a Birria taco “pizza” as an appetizer, which was just okay but very large and could easily feed 2 people as an entree. I had the crispy chicken taco plate. The meat was very good, but there was very little of it and the shell was so chewy you couldn’t eat it. The only thing in the taco was a micro serving of lettuce and cheese, so odd. My husband had the ground beef chimichanga, which had almost no meat inside, so it was a good thing we had ordered the giant “pizza”. Overall this was not a good dining experience, even with the limited choices in LC, I’d go elsewhere."
