"Edited again: We were able to rent jet skis this weekend and everything went smoothly. We had a blast and can't wait to come back next year, when we plan to rent them for longer! Edited: We decided to change the rating based on the Jim's response to our review. Jim did reach out and do everything he could to try to make it right. This speaks volumes as to the type of business Oselka's is. Hopefully we will be able to rent jet skis there in the future. Original review: We reserved jet skis, paid, and signed all our wavers. We arranged childcare so we could finally do something fun to celebrate our anniversary. By the time we got there, after driving over a half hour, the girl at the front desk nonchalantly told us they weren't sending anyone out today because of 2-ft waves. I asked why we couldn't have been informed before wasting our time driving there so we could have tried to arrange something else, and were told "my boss should've done that." Who runs a business like this? It makes us never want to try to utilize them in the future."

"We had the best experience here! We rented 3 of the available rentals. We got a jet ski, a dinghy, and the electric bikes. They were affordable, great equipment in great shape, and the staff were exceptional!!!!!! The staff was friendly, informative, accommodating and just kind!! The office manager or owner who runs it was very accommodating and helpful for us!!! I highly recommend and will definitely be back!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!"

"We had a great experience on this unique over night stay. Jim Oselka was so gracious and accommodating, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The yacht was a fun alternative to a hotel or other traditional stay. Our surroundings were quiet and within walking distance to the beach and downtown stores and restaurants. The yacht was clean and had all the comforts of home. .... comfortable furniture, tv's in each room, soft bedding. We were sad to leave and can't wait to come back! Scott and Shannon"

"Awesome company! We rented a 25’ boat with tube for a girls weekend and had an amazing day. We were in great hands with Captain Justin; he was friendly, laid back and knowledgeable about the local area. Will definitely come back to this rental company next time we have a lake weekend. "We booked a one hour pontoon boat tour on the Galien River. The online booking process was easy. Everything was ready as soon as we arrived. Our Captain Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable. We saw eagles, turtles, ducks, geese, and swan. It was a great boat tour. I would return to book again."
