The modern industrial design features a spacious first floor with over 2600 square feet, complete with a prep kitchen and bar. The mezzanine level offers a luxurious Bride and Grooms lounge with restrooms.
The second-floor gallery, approximately 1500 square feet, provides an intimate setting for art openings, cocktail hours, and smaller gatherings. For outdoor events, our 3500 square foot parking lot and gathering space can be transformed for parties or tented events, complemented by food trucks and festival lights.
We are seeking a tenant partner to join our vibrant community, offering approximately 1250 square feet of space with a prep area and storage. Enjoy the benefits of increased foot traffic during our many events and the charm of outdoor seating on Elm Street during the warmer months.
