"Worst place!! The owner is rude and won't work with you if you get behind on your payments. Dropped a payment off in there mailbox she said the payment wasn't right and i told her it was...she wouldn't let me in my unit to the get my papers for proof. They don't even have security cameras!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!"
"My locker was broken into 3 weeks after renting. Informed police and manager of locker storage. I realized there were no cameras or security but I didn't think in just a few short weeks that someone would break into it. I figured they checked their property from time to time. Luckily they didn't get away with a whole lot. Just enough not to claim on insurance. Highly not recommended!! She didn't even do as she promised, probably figured I would not fight for refund or deposit. She's right. I won't. Did get deposit and mist of August rent the 2nd week of October. Thank you for that."

"Just because you own half of westville, doesn't mean you should have half the customer service. Knowingly allowing peoples possessions to be ruined due to your negligence and lack of care to keep your storages properly maintained is quite a shame. If you're too busy to properly and respectfully run and care for your own business, just give it up. Damage to one small unit in your eyes can mean millions to us lowly storage renters. Renters beware, nothings maintained properly and nobody ever returns your phone calls."
"Super nice owners. Stored things for 6 months while decluttering to sell our house then when finally moving. Things were clean and dry when we finally got our things out. Storage fees are also very reasonable!"
