"Got a wash that lasted 1 min from start to finish. Asked to cut my long hair shoulder length, the young girl made one cut on my very wet hair and cut it approx 2 inches too short!! It isn't even touching my shoulders. Good thing it'll eventually grow back but it grows slow for me and I'm not happy with what was done. I won't be going back. I also used to get extensions there was was very unsatisfied the last time I had 5 of them fall out, I just gave up on it after I was told it "was fine, still attached"."
