"Staff needs reinforcement or a class on cultural diversity and professionalism. There was an encounter that gave an extremely poor look and does not make me want to use this pharmacy. A doctor called in to prescribe a medication, the secretary forgot to put the phone on mute and screams out to the pharmacist “there’s a call waiting for you and she has a really thick accent.” Even after the doctor tried educating the staff because she overheard, no one apologized. Staff should be held accountable for such disgusting behavior especially while working in healthcare."
