"When I started shopping for houses, it was mostly wishful thinking. I scoured the online ad's as well as took drives around the neighborhoods I wanted to settle in hoping to see a for sale sign. At one such house, I called the listing agent to set up a viewing. I am so glad that I did! My wishes became realty and it was all thanks to our realtor at Hunley Real Estate. Kegan Inman took my call and it was smooth sailing from then on. He was able to schedule any house that my husband and I wanted to look at and with out a moments notice. We enjoyed his go-getter attitude so much we listed our house and purchased one with him as our agent. These are some qualities that you will enjoy if you chose him as your agent: 1. He answers his phone every time, and if he doesn't (which was rare) he will call you back same day. Call, text, email, it doesn't matter. He is there for you throughout the whole process. 2. My husband and I were (fairly) new to the whole buying/selling process, but Kegan was there to guide us in the right direction. He answered all of our questions and explained them in layman terms so we understood what was going on. 3. Kegan is honest. He didn't make up answers or told us what we wanted to hear. He told it to us straight. 4. Last but not least, don't list with him unless you are ready to move because moving property is his specialty!
