"Owner was nice.....hotel is aged, some people mistake that for unclean.....it's old but the beds were clean, the bathroom was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable"

"The rooms are pretty nice, they are also clean, and they have free wifi. They still use actual door keys not a card which I thought was cool. My only complaint is about the service from the lady that cleans the room. She was so rude to us and it was completely unnecessary. If they would fire her it would be a great place to stay."

"Positives: The rooms were as described. It was clean and our room had new carpet. Perfect location in town convenient to everything. The staff at check-in and check out were very friendly.. Negatives: There was a slight odor in the room. It was kind of old or musty. That may have been from non-use, or maybe the room used to be a smoking room or something. Odd squealing noise whenever you flushed the toilet. The furnishings and decor were dated. Overall, in a town with limited options, it has probably the best one. Clean, convenient, affordable, and friendly staff! What else do you need?"

"Been coming here for 15 years with my father and every year it is getting more run down, this year the shower head didn’t work, floor in bathroom was rotten and will eventually cave in and to top it off seen a few roaches on the walls , was told there shouldnt be any bugs due to the bug man was just here lol will stay somewhere else for now on….."

"Have stayed in this hotel a few times now for work over the years and the place keeps getting worse, I think this was the last time and I will stay in a town that has a better hotel and just drive further. 1st of all, almost every one of the front desk staff is hateful, they act like you are bothering them if you walk in the lobby door. The internet is terrible and only works in a few of the rooms The place is old, which is not a big deal, but they are not keeping up on repairs and the place is looking worse every time I am there. No breakfast and the coffee is terrible The worst issue I had this last time was that the rooms STINK of PESTICIDE, not that it is a bad thing that they spray for bugs every 2 weeks, but at least air the rooms out and make sure they do not stink so bad you keep a headache for the 10 min you are in the room. I do have to say that the one young girl was nice and gave me a few keys to find a room that did not stink. But still, why rent out the rooms that was just sprayed? Also, the really hateful person working there was so insistence on we had to have the rooms she gave us, that they where so booked up, yeah, there was maybe 15 rooms rented out of the 100 or so they have.... just stay in another town and drive to where you want to go, they think since they are the only game in town, they can be rude, let them go under I say..."
