"We like pilot centers, because we can usually find a place to park our RV. Gas prices are competitive, drink machines usually work. A better price on soda refills would be nice. Restrooms are typically cleaner than most, except Buccees."
"Stopped in to use the restroom and get some coffee on my traveling back home. The young lady that worked there was more interested in stocking the pastries then she was trying to help the five of us that were standing in line waiting for her. When someone asks her if she could come and check people out she's like I'll be there in one second with a hole live attitude. I forgot the young girl's name but it was the third shift person and she was absolutely horrible. She either needs to find another job or be retrained because the way she acted was like we were bothering her. On top of that the store was disgusting. All the time she was spending trying to stop pastry she could have been wiping counters in stocking napkins, and helping the people that are in line waiting to be able to get come and get what they need and leave. To where she then could have finished stocking the pastries and white counters and things like that but she never did even wipe the counters it was coffee spills and all kinds of stuff everywhere. I actually had taken a couple of the napkins and got hot water just to be able to sit my cup down on the counter, and she was standing right there and watched me. Very very very very very sad."
"Not a very big store but it's clean, the staff is friendly, and the showers are generally clean with plenty of hot water. Not a lot of big truck parking, so get here early if you want a spot."
