They prepped everything and put 2 coats of stain! They were neat and courteous! My mom will be using them again to paint her kitchen and living room! "If you are considering painting cabinets please read about my experience with Endecca. We had our cabinets painted by Endecca two years ago. The finish looked great for the first couple of months but there is no durability. They used, what I was told, a more durable paint. However, within a couple months we started experiencing peeling of paint. We have to be extremely careful when wiping down cabinets or even sweeping the floors as the bristles on a broom knock off paint on the kick boards. Based on the price of the job compared to 2 other quotes, I expected better preparation on the cabinets to avoid peeling. In addition the cabinets chip very easily if you touch them with anything metal or glass (dishes or silverware). The crew was friendly but didn’t tape off the kitchen properly which caused the drop cloth to fail. As soon as this happened the overspray covered our entire house. It took 2 weeks to get the overspray off our furniture, floors, rugs, and all the hard surfaces. Looking back I would not recommend having anyone spray the cabinet frames inside, you should have them brushed or rolled only! The job took 1 week which was expected, but in the process the crew broke glass on a cabinet door. It took another 4 weeks plus of pressing Elias to get the glass replaced. He was able to get it replaced and dropped off the door for me to install. Overall, I’m not sure I’d use Endecca again as the price and quality don’t match. At this time, I’m considering repainting the cabinets and wanted to share my experience as it was a waste of money and one I’ll have to sink more money into if I don’t want to look and deal with chipping and flaking cabinets. I’ve attached pictures of different cabinets and issue areas to give an idea of what I’m dealing with. I hope this helps for those considering professional painting cabinets. I gave Endecca 3 stars although my experience hasn’t been great, I recognize painting cabinets is not easy and I haven’t used them for any other painting service."
