"I do as much of my own maintenance as possible, but snapped off a really difficult to access bolt in my little camper van- a sway bar mounting bolt into the front subframe, from above, in a rusting Mazda5. After 3 other local mechanic shops told me variations of "yeah we don't want to touch that, good luck", Jeff instead said something to the effect of "No problem, we like a challenge here. We'll get it out one way or another.". Not only did they extract the mangled pieces (creatively and efficiently) they completed the job (we talked about this when I dropped it off, with parts), for a fair price, within 24 hours, I think. I was called before any major steps were made, with details about progress and cost. Good communication was very much appreciated. Was honestly pleasantly surprised at how easily the process went, after of course finding this shop. Good no-nonsense energy on all fronts. I'll definitely be back when I inevitably need help again!
