"Awesome new spot not too far from the city! Embedded in the culturally rich and bustling downtown area of Miller Beach. Love this spot for the kids or as an adults only date night. Bar is perfect. Seating is great for small kids or big families. They had a kids menu, kid friendly bathrooms and gave kids the opportunity to create their own art. We will be back."

"Celebrated my birthday at The Brass Idol. A fantastic experience. The food was amazing and loved the entire atmosphere. I had the Banana Foster French Toast with a rum caramel sauce, made with banana bread. It was hearty and sweet. I definitely will return over and over. So much to try."

"After years of planning, the Brass Idol is now open. Upon entering, the atmosphere is intentionally rustic, inviting and energetic. We were immediately welcomed and escorted to our table. Our server Kirstie was attentive and took excellent care of us throughout our meal. The cocktail menu is extensive. The wine selections are somewhat limited but satisfactory. A suggestion for improvement is that red wine should be served somewhat cooler than room temperature. The menu is eclectic with many unusual offerings. The Steelworker is an appropriate menu item for the area. We tried it and also the fried chicken sandwich. Both came with fries, which were prepared nicely. Both sandwiches arrived quickly, hot and were delicious. We continued to sip wine well after we finished our meals while we enjoyed the fun community atmosphere. The staff deserves high marks for opening night. Welcome to the neighborhood!"
