"I stood inside wanting to place an order. The lady at the register made eye contact with everyone. 5 minutes later, someone is placing an order and paying. She did not acknowledge them cutting. Then she continues to address the men who were not paying attention. I decided to sit down and just call my order in to prevent being cut again. When the phone rung she answered, rolled her eyes, and then said to hold and threw the phone down. I called another location, placed my order, received the price, and she did not pick the phone up until I was leaving. This was my favorite location but they hire people who lack communication and customer service skills."
"Sharks Chicken 4 piece mixed combo, legs & thighs is delicious!!! I love the lemon pepper seasoning they sprinkle on the wings! Sharks have yet to disappoint me! Great food and great service! Highly recommend!"
"I just ordered food from them. I ordered a large catfish tails. Get back home 3 of the catfish. Tails are spoiled and they still Fried them and put them on my tray. I am very disgusted I will never shop there again"

"Ordered food sat and watch multiple orders go out. After 40 minutes asked when my food would be out cashier said, “ man I’m tweakin his food been here” whole time scratching her back touching her food touching money very unsanitary. Asked for extra sauce as they gave me three for 15 wings and 3 pieces of fish. Cashier said I can only do one extra after I watched her give the guy before three more with no problem. Terrible customer service."
