"9/2/24 , monday 7:00 , the lady at the desk sold me wrong items and while i was stilll in store i realized it was different than what i asked for i told her u gave me different item she called her manager and they told her no return on tobacco, i asked her that was your fault not mine but still nothing, i want my 24$ dollars back ta owners, why rob us in the pretext of predetermined corporate greed policy. refund my money or karma will get you , you the owner of TA"
"This is the worst TA I’ve ever been too.. the morning shift started with my truck in the bay waiting on dealership to open. Mechanic ran to go get parts from Illinois at 9am and didn’t return till 1pm, worked on one truck and went home.. had to go pick up my own parts that were ordered and the dealership closed at 3 and still needed more parts for airline when the next shift got here. No airline was put on the order cause they claimed to have airline and did not, had to call another store just to get that.. been here in the bay since 1am and it’s now 445pm and still here waiting"
"Had repairs done here. On the plus side they did get to me fairly quickly and did the work that was diagnosed. It didn't correct the problem, however I understood that was a gamble. The downside is went to a dealer and the part replace installed improperly which caused additional cost. Would I use them again? Probably"
"Bob tail been parked..in driveway for over a week..blocking exit way for big trucks. Ladies at Fuel desk are nothing but rude...PERIOD!! Been in here many of times. Never changes. Big truck parked beside the bobtail..clearly marked no parking.. security wants to pawn off on manager. Manager wants to pawn off on corporate..do better!!"
