"I truly enjoyed the trail ride, but to be honest, the hospitality can be improved. I understand the business of ranch life because I grew up on one. That being said, let the riders spend a little time bonding with the horse. Pet them, feedthem an apple or carrot. If you're in a hurry to get somewhere after the trail ride, that's understandable, but don't rush the riders to hurry up and get off. Get to know your riders. Make them feel welcome. Learn their names, and use them. I do not wish to be unkind to the young lady who was our trail guide, but add a little more of personal touch with your job. Great way to pick up more business. Thank you for your time on the trail. We greatly enjoyed the ride"
