"I have been going to this library for 3 years. I always go to the study hall. It's nice and quiet. The staff are so professional and nice. Today, the lady at the front desk had a bad attitude. I asked her if there was another quiet study hall besides the one upstairs because toddlers in the one upstairs were very loud and playing with blocks. You can hear them all the way downstairs. She said we don't have a study hall. I said it's upstairs. She said that it was not a study. I said before you enter, it says study hall on the wall to the left. She said in a sassy voice, "What do you mean you can study in this library? I just sadly left and got back on the bus. I wanted to cry because the Wi-Fi at the Miller Library never works. I thought a library was supposed to be quiet. I would expect the children to be in the children's part of the library, especially playing with blocks."

"Today's visit was for early voting. There was no one in front of me unfortunately. I don't know if that is a good sign or what. Time will tell, stay tuned. Prompt friendly service had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. I hope all works out for the better !!!"

"I did not want to give them one star. Not helpful seems as though they are dumbfounded when asking questions. I spent 2 dollars on printing the guy at the desk had to pull a calculator out to add $1.40 and 40 cents!!! Very unfriendly not smiling faces ... seems like a dump. Looks like a dump. I wont be bringing my kids here or grandchildren. It just doest give off your friendly community library. Police are all around ... trash Gary Indiana know better! Shame on the Mayor"
