"I just want to give a big thumbs up to the manager, Chris at the Crown Point location. Every time my husband and I go there he is friendly, always has something nice to say and is smiling. We need more people like that as managers!"
"Love the gym, it’s a great space for me and my workout partner to work out. Clean, pricing is reasonable but my friend did mention that the hair dryers were not functioning well in the men’s locker room. This was last week. Maybe it’s fixed but overall great place to be for a smooth workout session."
"The staff here is amazing! Always friendly and welcoming! They deserve 5 stars! Unfortunately your corporate policy to allow men in the women’s locker rooms is something I personally cannot over look and will be cancelling my membership. Also your male staff should clean the men’s locker room, as the women should clean the women’s! My husband has mentioned how uncomfortable these young ladies look while they are in there with men walking out of the shower. Do better planet fitness! Do better!"
"The best gym I’ve ever seen so far here in Northwest Indiana. Very close to my home. Spacious, clean and there are lots of equipments so you don’t need to wait. Staffs are kind, accomodating and considerate. The benefits of being a black member are more than what you pay for."
"I like this gym it's clean on the inside. I love that the staff is friendly and welcoming The only thing I would like to change is the employees would hold open the door if they see a person in a wheelchair. Or someone pushing that wheelchair because the doors aren't wheelchair accessible. Other than that come and enjoy we just updated some things and we are happy to see you there."
