"Not only was the lady rude when I dropped my rental off but it wasn’t checked in until 2 days after I dropped it off. When I called to tell them they had my return day wrong and over charged my credit card she said they would get back to me and never did. I’m currently jumping through hoops trying to prove that I did in fact return my rental on the day I was supposed to. There was no delay in charging my credit card though of course not! I had to call customer service several times and spend hours on the phone to even get the situation resolved."
