The receptionist are consistently professional, my Dr prioritized efficiency over keeping me waiting for a routine check up, and Bryan repaired my frames when I had previously been told it wasn't possible. I've come to this location for 5 years and my 6yr old daughter has come for 2 years and I will continue to be grateful for your services."
"The Hispanic desk representative wasn’t helpful at all. She had an attitude like I was a bomb off the street because of my work uniform. My employer informed me of the eye clinic for prescriptions safety glasses. They also informed me she gave me incorrect information. I’m from Louisiana and new to the area, it wouldn’t have been nice if I would have balled up my appointment paper and threw it upside her head, and walked out the building. I kept it professional. She doesn’t deserve any raises."
"The staff there was not nice, they were understaff. They didn't even write receipts for people. Just wrote it on paper and didn't even update it. Hit the call 2 weeks later. To make sure they updated that paid. They lie to people about insurance, saying that they cover and didn't wait until after they get done with The Visit. To say that they're not covered, it didn't have to pay all this money."
"My daughter loves Dr Justin! We have been coming here for about 6 years and every time we come..we request Dr Justin! He is just a people’s person! Such a great personality! My only complaint is they need to do better with answering the phone!"
"Let me start with I was very nervous walking in but I was welcomed with a smile from the front desk lady. And then we were called in by Dr Albright's Assistant who was very nice and professional. The grand finally was meeting Dr. Albright who came through the door with a icebreaker joke that made us laugh! And Dr. Albright is very knowledgeable of her skills. Overall I was very impressed and would recommend to everyone I know!"
