"I honestly wish that I could give this doctor and entire practice 0 stars! The only reason I even switched to this office is because my doctor, Dr. Nwabarra, the best physician ever, suddenly passed away! I miss him dearly. Dr. Ncchekkwube and his staff is nothing like the office of my old old doctor. The are rude, liars, and do not care about the well being of their paying customers. Their only concern is being paid and selling items out of the wellness shop. The Dr never remembers anything we talk about when I come back for a follow up visit, wait times are ridiculously long, messages left are never relayed, phone called are never returned, not ever from the office manager! My appointment from June was canceled and rescheduled all the way to August which caused me to miss several days of work! I am under a physicians care for a reason and this office has failed at their responsibility and does not show any remorse. I am currently looking for another provider that shows compassion for their patients. Please do better, this is not fair and is not good practice. It will not stop here. I will report you to whoever I can!"

"I love love this Dr. He is incredibly patient and acute in his diagnosis and treatment. He makes us all feel comfortable as if we are just sharing concerns with a good friend. His morals are impeccable service and all. If you are tired of rude, deplorable treatment tired of unnecessary strong body deteriorating medications that are not attacking the actual issue Family Wellness Center is where I suggest All at the least try them out."

"This is a VERY RARE/WONDERFUL Practice!! We visit from Florida/Mom in Gary-who is a patient of Dr. N-and have always been welcomed and received wonderful care ourselves as well...In fact, we believe Dr. N-saved my wife's life by first detecting an oddly shaped/fast growing Uterine mass when she was having very Unusual/Heavy Bleeding X3 weeks. As soon as we returned to Florida and were able she had surgery-removed the Leiomyosarcoma--after subsequent treatment she successfully returned to her work as a RN! In this office we are always received as if we were Family and we rest so much better knowing that Mom is being so well cared for and treated!! Thank You to all the wonderful Staff and to Dr. Nchekwube! Our Lives Are Better Because of You!"

"On my way there now to put in a request in person for paperwork that was presented to them on December 5, 2017 and due in 10 days to a nursing and adult daycare organization . I called by in February was assured the papers had been faxed out to both organizations.Today is March 26, 2018, my Mother has had her services suspended and as a caretaker, it is my task to do everybody's job to make sure their patient receives the proper health care. I'll keep giving negative reviews. Most of his staff is "cold" and maybe should apply for a job in the mortuary business. I can deal with unprofessional diseased mind individuals as long it does not jeopardize my loved one's health and longevity of life. The doctor has always been very nice, personable and knowledgeable. However, to deal with his staff; there may be times when you will have to call on a higher power and count to 10."
