"I was a journeyman. We had disability and medical insurance through my local union hall (Stewart C Miller was our 3rd party administrator) I was in the hospital two and a half months and it took 6 months to get my disability paid from Stewart C Miller, and over 6 months for them to start paying my medical bills ! Eric Miller at Stewart Miller had told me on the phone (a recorded line) that I would receive my disability once he received a letter he had requested that I provide. I did so and still did not receive any payment until I had hired a Harbard graduate attorney and filed and appeal ! As far as I'm concerned, it was nothing but a lie and a broken promise. It's all on Stewart Millers recorded phone line."
