"My experience wasn't. No one answered the phone. Melnicks apparently has closed. It was THE BEST metaphysical supply store there ever was. I thought they could tell me weather or not they took over the establishment."
"I recently bought a defective candle warmer through amazon that is sold by hg global. The candle warmer was on for about 2.5hrs when we smelled a plastic burning sensation. The warmer had melted and almost causing my table to catch fire. Be ware of a candle warmer from this place"
"Received a metal vase I ordered all dented up. There was absolutely no care in preparation for the shipment. The packing slip listed the condition as new. I am not convinced because it looked as if it had been through hell and back. This was my first and will be my last order through this company, solely based on their lack of concern with packaging for shipment. Apparently bubble wrap is not obtainable for them."
