"This place is ridiculous. Dr Schmidt is great but everyone else on this staff is a joke. The computers are down every single day, good luck actually scheduling with Schmidt because he is never in, the ladies in the office don’t understand how to use the computers when they are actually working, and the nurse practitioner…… idk if she just doesn’t like to do her job or maybe she likes making people and especially children suffer? We’ve been dealing with her for weeks because Schmidt is NEVER available and we can’t even get her to call in an antibiotic for our toddlers ear infection! She said she did, and I even had to call because it wasn’t in, and she said she’d make sure it was… I’ve been trying to get her medicine for three days now just for Walgreens to tell me today that they have absolutely nothing in their system regarding medications for my daughter. And of course the office isn’t open today either! This is ridiculous! I hate this place! Have never had such a hard time getting treated for anything as I have here!"
