"These people are the true definition of SLUM LORDS!!! When you tell them you smell pot in the hallways and their maintenance man smokes like a chimney and comes into your apartment, higher then the clouds and stoned out of his gourd, then can do his job adequately and didn't warn you hed be at the apartment while asleep. This is JUST one of the numerous issues. The hot water issues and not having it more then we have had it from the day we moved in which was July 1st and this is Now Nov. 20th. Sadly they say they will do one thing and then do another. They ONLY truly care about the money they can get. They are rude, hateful, and down right unprofessional individuals who have many in their pockets to cover their butts. Its ridiculous. When you explain to the your healths being affected and all they are worried about is dollars coming in. Hhhmm well wonder if they had to be enduring what we are as tenants and be told no problem well help y'all anytime, so you go to act upon this due to major health issue and then they basically laugh and tell you nope sorry not today. It's ridiculousness and ABSOLUTELY appalling!!! ESPECIALLY for what is being paid a month. SO IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A PLACE, TO RENT DDDOOOONNNTTT YOU DARE RENT THROUGH GIBSON!!! TRUTHFULLY, it's not worth it."

"Gibson real estate is by far the most unprofessional real estate company I have ever been with! First when we moved in our AC did not work I tell them about it they hire a guy to fix it but he never fixed it, it's winter time now and the heat does not work in the upstairs of the house, second when we moved in we found mold in our refrigerator I tell Linda about it who is an employee of Gibson real estate and she told me to just clean it out myself even though it was there when we moved in! Third I've caught the maintenance guys smoking weed in the shed on the side of my house! If you plan on renting through Gibson I would advise you not to!"
