"A great way to build confidence in kids. The Kids Training course has a variety of times during the week to attend, including evenings and weekends. We were offered a free session just to check it out and make sure it was a fit. The classes build on each other up until a "test" of your skills, and it will prepare your kids for those moments you hope never happen. Self-defense at its best."
