"Today I have been waiting on a package of live insects to feed my reptiles and the mail person made zero attempt at contact. This is not the first time this has happened. After multiple call attempts no one seems to answer phone calls."

"It seems more and more now some mail does not get to the destination any more due to mail personnel not doing the job they were hired to do, it seems these folks are going to put the post office out of business hope the boss can nip it in the bud and straighten this out."

"I went in to do a change of address this morning before I left for work. My son was outside waiting for me. It hadn't even been 2 minutes before a postal worker asked an employee if the person outside had been asking for money, and they said they couldn't tell if it was a boy or a girl. I told them that he was my son and not to worry he was just waiting outside for me. When I was finished with the change of address I went back outside and saw a postal worker harassing my son saying that homeless people are not allowed there. This was extremely humiliating to both of us. My son is 18 years old and his hair is a little long but his clothes are clean and he certainly doesn't look homeless! I am so happy I left Griffith and moved to Crown Point where people are way more friendly and treat people with dignity and respect."

"Start off by saying it’s not just on one occasion this post office continues to fail me. The staff is beyond rude. They do the most not to help you, they close early, if you ask a question they have compete attitude. I’ve watch them belittle old people who were just trying to get help. Now let’s get to the mail portion, I had to sign up for my mail to know what I was suppose to get because our mail is always missing, packages always seem to not make it Completely closed always stuff missing. Seriously I love Griffith but their whole staff needs an attitude adjustment. ( I’ll grab their name next time I’m in there always same women always seem like your bothering them). I’m in parking lot now today they decided to close 25 mins early ! Just go somewhere else safe yourself the trouble !!"

"Sign on the door says on lunch 11-1pm, it’s a Saturday and the place is only open for 6 hours.... 2 hour lunch? This place needs a rehaul"
