"Got a missed “package” slip this morning. But no one knocked on my door. I was home and so was my mom. No one heard anyone, so definitely no one tried to knock. Ridiculous that this constantly happens and I always have to pick up my packages."

"Went in to mail a box to Australia for Christmas. Mailed on 12/11 and was recieved on 1/11. Shipping time of a month is not bad. The package by the time it got there was awful. There was a 7 inch by 3 inch tear in the box in two different areas. The box was marked fragile. It was as if someone played toss with it, kicked it, played baseball with it then threw it on their porch. I know it is going overseas but the box was awful. I wish i could include pictures. Dissapointed."
