"I've called and called can't leave a voicemail so I can't use this Storage Facility. What a shame. I'll keep you posted."

"If I could leave a lower review I would. Everything with the unit was fine but the facility claims to be open 24 hours but you can NEVER get ahold of anyone. Once our code malfunctioned and we called over 3 hours and FINALLY got a call after 4 hours and we’re told there wasn’t a problem and we must have just forgotten our code, however when we would enter the code it would blink red and the gate would not open. There was never an apology or explanation as to what happened. We then called with 30 day notice to vacate our unit. We would be leaving in the middle of the month (June 22). At the time of that phone call we were told we would be prorated for the remaining days in June. This did NOT happen and to add insult to injury we were also charged for he month of July. We called over a two week period multiple times daily. The number would ALWAYS go to voicemail and then would say the voicemail box was incorrectly set up. We NEVER received a call back. When we FINALLY got ahold of the owner he apologized claiming to have been out of town and we were told we would be refunded our money for July, with no mention of our prorate for June. However it’s now been a week and a half and we still don’t have our refund and we’ve been calling for 3 days now, while on our own vacation, and again EVERYTIME it goes to an inset up voicemail. NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!!!"

"I had no issues with the physical unit or property. However after vacating my unit I was continually charged the monthly fee. I reached out via phone and email multiple times and never received a call back. Eventually the January 1st charge was reimbursed but then I was charged again in February. How hard is it to remove someone from a auto pay schedule? Very frustrating."
