"As a former Property Mgr of another company, I was disappointed with this facility since it was bought by the previous owner. The rent was raised due to them saying the lot would be repaved, which it wasn't. Rent was raised a 2nd time saying my unit was climate controlled, which (again) it wasn't. I've never had a problem, until recently, with having 2 locks on for double security."
"PRICE GOUGING Deleted my original review from 7 years ago to make this one since it is under new management. What went from around $110 for a 10x10 is now almost $200 a month because reasons. Let's artificially inflate prices on a storage locker where literally nothing changes for no reason other than you want to recoup your "loss" because you took over a business. I'm looking to take my business elsewhere as soon as I can."
"I've kept my pontoon and trailer or trailer there year round. The prices increased drastically under new ownership. I contacted ownership over a year ago in regards to the giant ruts created by semis in front of my storage space. They said they were going to fill them. Today is my last day since these repairs were never made and there are times the ground is too soft to access "my" trailer (24/7 mind you). I'll edit with photos upon trailer pick-up."
"The process of renting a 10x20 unit was very easy. Everything was completed online and all the information I needed was texted to me. (.i.e. gate and lock codes). I was able to locate my unit quickly and easily upon entering the facility. Would definitely recommend if you need some storage in the area."
