"I am an OTR driver and i picked up big paper rolls here today on 08/23/2034. The man and the woman working at the scale house and the forklift drivers were very nice to me and loaded me quickly and they all care a lot about safety. I would be happy to return to this place. These people are very well organized and efficient. I wish that all paper mills were this pleasant of an experience. Thank you."
"I could have given them 5 stars but…. All was going well for me until the end. Plus I was there 4 1/2 hrs. Place has too many policies and procedures to go inside, which I understand js. You need to understand English to go inside. Before you scale in move tandems all the way back. Don’t drive in to check in, walk."
"This was a great place to deliver. I showed up 8 hours early no questions asked they put rite to a door and unloaded me. They are not racist or rude, like the reviews say. Thanks so much for the fabulous job IP. I would take a load back anytime. The speed limit is 8 mph, and you have to park to the side and walk down to the scale house to check in . They even clean out your trailer for you. It was not bad backing in either. If you have a hard time backing here, you probably shouldn't be driving a truck."
"Socks,lair. after they damaged my trailer they didn't want to admit their fault. Manager asked me to move from docks and fill paperwork ,just I pulled to hard house manager disappeared."
"Read reviews before coming here and was nervous since everyone was leaving bad reviews about the backing for unload being bad. This is my third week dry van after having 2 years pulling a spread flatbed and it was easy. If it’s hard go back to school. And everybody was very respectful as well."
