"Great job"

"I really hate retracting five star reviews, but it has to be done. I took my car in as always for a detail, expecting the amazing job that I had gotten previously. He half finished it because I was in a hurry and he had said it would be done by a certain time. He told me to bring it back in later and he would finish the job for only 25 more dollars. Mind you, he has previously included inside and outside for the same price and after he detailed it is when I found out he no longer did the outside of the car. He still charged me the same price for less work. He then texted later that there was a family emergency and he couldn't do it and would need to reschedule. I've now tried to touch base to reschedule with him several times and he now isn't responding to my texts. He also managed to leave some sort of powder all over my seats and I couldn't even get him to respond to tell me how to at least get this powder out. I am now going to have to take my car to another detailer and pay even more money for a job that should've been done right to begin with. Hopefully they can get the powder he left out of my seats and they aren't ruined. I can definitely no longer recommend a person that I had highly recommended before. He definitely isn't with it any longer."

"He did a terrible job. He had said he could remove tar from my car and he didn’t. He scratched it all up when trying to take tar off the paint. He ruined the trimming under the doors with what ever chemical he used.Left tar on rims . Left tar on the wheel well inserts, and did not clean undercarriage of car. He charged 200.00 dollars and didn’t give me a receipt. HE LIED, TERRIBLE JOB DONE."

Ry was extremely flexible with times for drop off and pick up. He spent hours on our car and making it look brand new. Not only is Ry great at what he does, he is a stand up guy!
