"That place is great. They installed some new rims for me. However the place I ordered the rims from sent me two of the wrong rims. And tire barn put them by mistake. So for a week I was driving on mismatch rims. So naturally I called the place I ordered the rims from and told what they did. They sent me two new rims and had them sent to tire barn. Tire barn put the two new rims on for me for no additional charge. I didn’t have to argue or explain anything to them. It is fantastic seeing that kind of customer value."

"wouldnt ya know it, theres a tiny amount of play. a simple we cant warranty the work would have been better. but congratulations, never coming here for anything. kind of shocked how quickly you guys dropped my car with bad tie rod and ball joints. and without telling me if anything i signed was a liability waiver if i wrecked after leaving your shop. would rate 0 but i dont get that option. a simple we cant warranty the work and you should address it as soon as you can would of been better. instead of trying to clear a car out because you are overbooked."

"I found myself in a pinch tonight. I had my tire blow out a few blocks from this location with my infant daughter in the back seat. I called them about 20 minutes before they closed to see if they could take a look at my car. They immediately said yes. When I got there, all three of the men working were unbelievably accommodating. They replaced my tire in a speedy manner and one of the men turned on cartoons for my daughter and chatted with me about his own children while the other two took care of my car. These guys truly saved me tonight and did it with a smile despite being at the very end of their shifts. I had never been there before, but I definitely will be using them for all my future needs. I’m so thankful for your help tonight, Tire Barn!"

"Tire barn was able to repair my tire in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price. they have been very good when I have needed service on my tires, there is no doubt in my mind where I will be buying my next set of tires when needed. this time I went to discount tire for the repair they said 2.5 hours for the repair that Tire Barn did in 45 minutes total! I'm done with "discount" who always have a very long wait for service."

"I stopped by because something punctured my back passenger tire while I was driving in Munster. I am so glad this place is open on Sundays! My tire would not have made it to Monday since I was losing air fast in it. There were only a few people ahead of me, which was nice. The guy at the counter was really nice and helped me check in. He came by later to show me the big hole in my tire and helped me pick out a new tire. The pricing was very reasonable. Service was pretty quick. Thank you so much Tire Barn for a great experience!"
