"I pull up to the drive thru. It's cold, I'm on the phone. Immediately the attendant speaks b4 I can roll window down (winter time)., my car hasn't come to a complete stop even. So I assume she is asking what I'd like to order. So I begin to order. she SCREAMS at me! I kid you not, "I TOLD YOU TO WAIT!!". It's a very small space back there, so I'm sure fellow employees & on-duty manager heard. I was so taken aback that I couldn't say anything. We just took off. It was quite tramatic, as 1 doesn't expect to rcv THAT kind of treatment in that venue. It's been months ago. And every time I get up the courage to go back...I just keep driving."
