"Came in here at 8:30 and didn’t leave until 10. Multiple people came in after me and got their orders. I asked where my order was multiple times and they said it was almost done only to wait 20 more mins"

"I have to say, I wasn’t a fan of Wingstop—until I visited the Hammond location. The food here is consistently excellent, with perfectly cooked wings that always hit the spot. What truly sets this Wingstop apart is the staff. They are incredibly nice, welcoming, and go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience every time. This Wingstop has completely changed my opinion about the franchise. The quality of the food and the exceptional service have made me a regular customer. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!"

"for this to be a brand new location, it was downright terrible. the staff were not welcoming, a lot of looks of confusion and blank stares. the lady who took my order did not speak English well, and the process was a bit clumsy. despite that, I continued with my order and sat down to wait. it took 1 hr from the time I ordered until the time I got antsy and went up front to see what the hold up was. the lobby/dine in area was already hot. ppl complained about the heat and wait times. the staff were not communicating with each other's just a lot of silence and no orders being called out. when I got my food, chicken was fried really hard and the fries were cold. part of this is my fault cause I didn't double check behind them. I was just so happy to get my food and go. wound up throwing it away."

"Ordered online with quote time of 23 minutes, wait 30 minutes to pick it up only to find they didn’t start my order and to confirm if I’m at the right location. Yes, correct location, “they’re starting it now”. Wait another 30 minutes. I ask why it’s taking so long and the young cashier gives me an attitude saying “it’s other people waiting too if you couldn’t tell”. So many food safety violations in the kitchen and the manager was equally rude and ignorant as her staff. Will never return, hopefully they get shut down as fast as they put it together based on the other poor reviews I’ve been seeing. Food was undercooked after waiting an hour past my quoted ready time."

"Manager is really rude she messed up my order and then proceed to tell me I was lying. She pretend to go fix my order to only come back after 15 minutes to say she know she put the food in the bag. While standing there 4 more people had issue with their food. This location is fairly new but won't make it with that manager"
