"If I could give this place a 0 star rating, I would. Unorganized and not good at all at working on cars. SAVE YOUR MONEY! THEY SOLD ME A 2023 KIA FORTE LAST YEAR AND IT IS A LEMON CAR. NON STOP ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS WITH NO HELP FROM THIS “DEALERSHIP”. They just want your money they don’t help you out (with an active warranty) with any of your car problems. I suggest going to Southlake Kia, especially to schedule an appointment for service."
