"I bought a new Durango from this dealership & an oil maintenance agreement package that covers me for 5 years. After a couple of bad experiences with the oil maintenance agreement AND auto starter installation that took them 2 years to get right, they offered to detail my car to make up for the bad experiences. Please see the pictures. I got my car back with stains on the leather. When I emailed the same pics to the dealership. They responded with "I apologize for trying to be accommodating and trying to rectify the issues you had with our service department previously." If I could I would give a -10 review."
