"The worst sandwich I have ever had from Jimmy Johns. Ordered a Billy Club on 5/31. First it took over an hour to be delivered. I opened the sandwich to find it all smashed and half of the items hanging out. The bread was very soft and mushy, and the meat and other toppings were warm. After taking a few bites I opted to throw it out and just find something else to eat. So for $16 I a bag of chips, a cookie, a drink, and 2 bites of a sandwich. Your quality of service has drastically declined, and I now remember why I stopped ordering from your location."

"I am disappointed with my experience from Jimmy Johns today. I placed an online order from home (I live 10 mins away) to pickup on my way to work. 20 mins later, I arrived to JJ and still had to wait approx 10 mins for my sandwich. That was super freaky SLOW. Then to add insult to injury, I customized my sandwich to add extra onions and Jimmy's peppers. There were only minimal in my sandwich, nothing extra. Granted, I get this SAME EXACT sandwich made the same way each time I order from JJ. So I know a "great" tasting and well made sandwich from JJ. Today this was not it. I hate that I added a tip when I placed the order. If I wasn't at work, I would have taken this disgusting sandwich back. There were 3-4 people back there when I arrived. Someone dropped the ball! Yuck to Jimmy Johns in Highland, IN"

"I normally order from here weekly since my work is so close & it's so convenient, however the last 3 orders have been a waste of money. I've had to call each time to get my order re-made. This is how my "sandwich" came AGAIN today. A particle of what looks like a pre-chewed piece of ham and half rotten lettuce. This one has gone down hill dramatically in quality. Guess it's time for me to find a new regular lunch spot unfortunately."
