"Mark was a very pleasant and helpful salesman. He made the buying experience less stressful than it can sometimes be. The process did not take very long at all. I feel like I got a decent value for my trade in, and a fair price for the used car I bought. However, not included in the advertised cost is a brake plus feature, which isn't optional and is included on their vehicles and costs an additional $999, so be aware. It would be nice to have the option to decide whether or not you want to have this included on the vehicle you're purchasing."

"I love this dealership. Especially 'Big John' Crawford. He was the best. I told him my price point, and he stayed within that. He is courteous, respectful, and patient. (I can't even remember how many cars I test drove.) He walked me through everything. And again if I forgot anything. I can't recommend him enough. The rest of the staff was very courteous as well. Nobody pressured me to look at certain cars. Nobody pressured me to make a decision right away. If you're needing to get a car, you're needing to go see John Crawford. "I had Big John help me here. The entire process was the most fun I’ve had when buying a car! I got a 2024 Hyundai Elantra N. They gave me an extremely good amount for my vehicle’s trade in. It wasn’t like my last experiences where it’s tons of paperwork and feels like a waste of time! Big John showed me around the entire dealership and gave me a family book during the wait."

"Beware of bait-and-switch tactics on pricing and discrepancies in car quality compared to online descriptions. They attempted to sell a used rental car as new and charge me the full new car price. Additionally, they did not honor the advertised online price. The monthly payment quote included unauthorized add-ons like "brake plus" for $1,000 and "Xzilon Protection" for $2,000, claiming they were "already added." I'll attach pictures of the online price, the MSRP printouts, and the trade-in price handout for reference. I had called ahead about a new car listed on their website, advertised as new with 9 miles on it. Upon inspection, it turned out to be a loaner car with over 4,000 miles, clearly misrepresented as new. Needless to say, I did not purchase the car and would not recommend this dealership. They seem intent on deceiving customers, misrepresenting vehicles, and price gouging beyond the typical dealership behavior."
