For your convenience, our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8am to 5pm, and Friday from 8am to 4pm. Please note that we are closed on weekends. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this transition period.

"He allowed a student doctor to perform an ingrown toenail procedure without discussing it with me or getting my permission for him to do so. It was a botched up job, and it continued to stay open and bleed for 7 weeks. I should have had a say in the matter. I was lying on my back and was unaware until I heard Dr. Rachoy literally talking him through the procedure. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will never go back. 10 months later, and this is how that nail looks. Oddly, my first review was removed, so I am reposting"

Dr Zorba:

"Dr. Rachoy appears to be a good doctor... unfortunately, his assistant was utterly disrespectful and condescending. I had repeatedly asked for pre op instructions and documents, and she was totally unwilling to help. The very basics of treating a patient and curtesy in general was lacking, to say the least. If this is how they treated be before the surgery, I can only imagine how they would respond to me post op. I left a message to Dr Rachoy to let him know how I was treated, but never got a call back. I canceled the surgery, and I am glad I went in a different direction. This is an example of horrible patient care, or lack thereof. Reply to the response: Incredible that you list all these incorrect and misleading statements. So, if I didn't make a decision to have the surgery that day when I visited, I am being punished? What kind of pressure tactics are these? Do I have to wait until the day before the surgery to know what to do? You staff was only interested in collecting money, not patients' wellbeing. Rudeness and arrogance is not the way to run a medical practice!"
