"We got our Ford Escape from Frankie's in August. On 12/28 we brought it in as there seemed to be a transmission issue. It is now 1/15 and despite numerous phone calls and voice-mail we have not been contacted or answered on what is going on with my vehicle. If we ever get it back from them I will no longer be using this service center despite being assured that should any issues arise we bring it to them. "I hate having to deal with mechanics, but these guys aren’t too bad. If you schedule a time to get your car serviced, just be aware that it might take a while. If you have the luxury of being able to drop your car off and come back later that will be your best option, but if you have to wait, they have a nice little waiting area. It’s always clean and well conditioned. All in all they are worth it! 9/10 will go back"
